This CONFIRMATION PAGE will inform you of the date and location of your team's EXPO event. The Registrar will try to accommodate each team's first EXPO choice. * Team coaches register the team. Team members and parents should check with their coach or this website regarding the team's registration status. CONSENT FORMS: Each team must bring their signed consent forms to their EXPO event. Team members will not be allowed to participate without a signed consent form (which require a parental signature). * Consent form (download & print): Consent Forms -or- Spanish Consent Forms * Bring all of your team's signed consent forms to the EXPO event, to be turned in at EXPO Check-in. All team members and mentors/coaches must complete the form.
