MOE Hall of Fame Exhibit

As the 2007 National Chairman's Award Winner we were invited to set up a Hall of Fame exhibit at this year's Championships in Atlanta. This was an opportunity for MOE students to tell visitors, including Woodie Flowers and Dean Kamen, of the many aspects of our team that brought us to this point. We hope that some of our information will be helpful to other teams as they develop.

View from Escalators

The view of our hall of fame stand from the top of the escalators -- in green, of course.

We had posters, videos, buttons, and information for visitors.

Veiw from Escalators

A MOE student in our HoF exhibit checks one of the thousands of MOE buttons handed out at the Championships to see if it had a special mark visible under black light. If so, the person bringing it in received a pair of MOE-green shoelaces.

Winners received our MOE green shoe laces which became rather popular.

The Beekini

We ran a contest encouraging people to do something interesting, cool, or unusual with the MOE green laces, after which they might win another prize. This entery was the Beekini which was very popular.

Another student used his laces like an iPod wire. Do you think he could he hear the MOE cheer?

Another student tied laces to two sound makers.

This pair of laces looked like a mini MOE man.
